build visio file from excel

Transform (in batch program) an excel file with a description of a drawing to actual visio drawing. The excel file has well defined format (see details in the body of this spec). Need to use visio API (or else if u like), should support visio 2007 and above, need to support unicode labels (chinese, arabic etc) ## Deliverables Need a program that transform an xls file into visio drawing. see attached xls: - first tab is the nodes description. it contains the name, positioning info, and info about the hierarchy of the nodes. when there is a "father" node, it should be grouped with all its children. icons will be supplied in advance into the visio - u can assume that its relative path. - second tab shows the relations between nodes. - third tab shows the node data (this is a visio feature) for each node. - 4-th tab shows a sample image, to show more or less how this should be shown. note also: - u can assume visio, excel are installed on the machine - program should run in "batch mode" - program MUST support all text elements - labels, remarks etc - in all languages - including Chinese, Arabic etc - program can use open source / freeware elements, and should *not* use other license model elements, unless explicitly approved by me - preferred languages is dot net (c#/vb.net) or java, if must have use perl/python/ruby
