Hi, Need a simple application that i can add into the system scheduler on a local machine that pings a website every x minutes. If it doesn't get a valid response, eg. it gets 503 or 502 etc in the page response back then it sends a 'reset' response/request through to the api to reset the machine. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Prefered candidates will already have done similar work before. It would be even better if you have worked with the Softlayer API before. This sounds like an easy project. I will finish it quickly and document it well. I have three years of experience working with C# .NET applications. I have done similar tasks in Microsoft Batch before, and it will be even easier to do it in a C# .NET environment (or a different language if you prefer).

Hi, I can build it for you as a desktop tool that runs on system startup without scheduler and checks the website each 5 minutes and reset through the api unless you want it to work as a command line tool.
