Odoo data import and internal location distrubution

Hello, We need a freelancer with a great understanding of Odoo and Python understanding to import items data including vendor and internal category fields into an Odoo database along with internal locations to transfer those items to. Brief description: This is a project for a hotel room renovation project. We have a list of new hotel items (furniture) with internal code, SKU bardcode, item description, vendor and internal category. We also have a list of rooms with the list of the specific furniture that should go into each room (we are in charge of placing the new furniture into the rooms), we have about 8 different rooms layout that have the same items to into it. So, we need Odoo to have the room list (internal locations) and item list (products) in a mode so that when an item arrives we could scan it with a tablet or mobile phone (bardcode scanning is enabled on our Odoo) so that the system will tell us what room to send it too based on the preloaded information on Odoo. We are thinking about doing this with a warehouse product list, room list (internal locations) and products list that should be transfered to each internal location so when a product is taken out of the truck we could scan it or enter the internal reference code and Odoo should assign the room number to send it to. We will provide items list and room layout lists in xls format. Only experienced Odoo 9 developers please!
