build a search engine scraper in .net (with devexpress skin)

Hi, I need someone who has a copy of devexpress dexperience to make a search engine scraping application. The app should scrape google and should have a these features : 1) Add multiple projects and use multi threading to scrape for multiple projects at once 2) Feature to adjust number of threads per project 3) Read keywords and other url parameters from text file 4) Pause and stop any single project while running other projects 5) Export list from a project to CSV or text document 6) Store all data in a sqlite file (make it easier to search, export and main project data) 7) Show a log with as much detailed info as possible (like proxy failed, keyword already done) 8) Make the app crash safe (keep adding url in database to prevent loss of data). If app crashes, scraping can be started later 9) It should look good (small size and easy installation). You must use devexpress, telerik, infragistics etc. 10) Design the database in a way to store as much detail as possible (separate database for each project, multiple columns like keyword tried, keyword successful or failed etc.) I will give full list of data later. Let me know how much you will charge for this. It looks like a week work so do not charge more than $250-$300.
