Company HR Manager cum Executive Assistant

I am looking to hire a person/individual (preferably not a company) for long term (many years) - who can work with me on part time basis and help me run day to day operations of my India based IT services company mainly around Technical Recruitment from India. It will not matter which country you are from - but I will select the best quality candidate on lowest hourly rate basis - so to maximise your chances of winning this project make sure you understand requirements and your rates are minimal/economical. To do this job you will need following things- 1) Good English Verbal Communication Skills. 2) A good quality phone connection to call prospective candidates in India. (your phone calling rate should be inclusive of your project rate - I will not reimburse you for phone). 3) Basic computer knowledge - to email or skype call with me. Prepare excel reports based on your calls. For example- I will give you a list of 60 candidates phone numbers to whom you would need call during a week and you need to have a 5-10 minutes phone conversation with each person and gather basic information like- 1) Explain them about our company. 2) Tell them about a job requirement, ask them if they want to get hired. 3) Take details from them like when are they available for a technical interview etc. Ask them to send resume if they have not done already. (I will give you an excel sheet to prepare based on your phone calls). So in this example, 60 candidates X 10 minute = 600 minutes or 10 hours of effort per week. Also, you dont need to make all calls on single day, but you will need to finish your list in a week.
