Apartment Locating Real Estate Website

I am needing an apartment locating real estate website for a new brokerage. The website needs to be cleanly designed and optimized for lead generation and SEO. I prefer designers that understand SEO, heat mapping, and web site flow for lead generation. This is a competitive business and I would like my site to stand out and be useful. It is a database driven website especially in the back end. The back end also is where invoicing and the client management software section is located for the agents to keep track of their clients and send pre-written emails from a database. The site needs to be easy to manage and easy to add content, cities, and new agents with different hierarchy, etc on the site as it grows. I would prefer to work with a team of designers so that the project can be completed sooner. I also would like to only work with a team that I can depend on in the future for updates and fixing of bugs on the site. I want to form a relationship and use the same team as the site grows.
