Customised E-Commerce Site

I want a fully configurable E-Commerce website. The primary functions will be: 1. Users must be able to join the site as either buyers or sellers. 2. The site must be broken into categories that I can define from a Admin Screen 3. I want to be able to approve content before it is made live on the site 4. Users can browse the site for free and send a private message to the seller/buyer. I want a moderation tool that lets me check that they are not exchanging contact details. 5. When a deal has been concluded, my site will release the contact information to the seller for a fee, the fee can be paid using a credit card or paypal. 6. Users can choose to take a contract account, this means they are allowed to get direct information of a seller without me moderating their conversations. I want a control panel that I can control how much a contract costs. 7. I want some type of product management system, so that items that are uploaded are classified and can be easily searched for. 8. The buyer must have a basket that allows him to store potential purchases, this can be cookie based. 9. The site must have a fresh clean look to it and be easy for users to engage with. 10. I want placeholders left that allow me to add Google Adwords etc onto the pages 11. The source code and intellectual property of the Website and its contents will belong to me on completing the project 12. Bidders that can include details of hosting and databases will be given preference. I don't want an off the shelf solution or one of these spam developers, this is a chance for a good SQL and C# developer to prove their worth and earn a good rating. The winning bidder will not win on the amount but on the abiltly to communicate well with me and deliver what I need on time. Dont just ask for PM's, these will be ignored.
