Create Google Spreadsheet with automatic XML import

This bid is to setup a Google Spreadsheet. Previous experience of Google Docs is a MUST and you must be able to supply reference work. Please bid competitive, we are trying Google Docs and if this works out good we want to transfer all our work to this medium. We work in different places and we all need information in real-time. SQL db has proven to difficult to operate/manage. The spreadsheet gets its data 24/7 by email (XML file that comes as an attached file). See the enclosed documents for more specification and layouts.
