AWS Cognito/Api Gateway setup

Looking for an AWS expert to provide with a CloudFormation/Terraform setup for a Cognitor/Api Gateway alongside with the relevant REST API and Lambda functions. Use DynamoDB for persistence. The setup should do the following: - allow user registration using email (using Cognito UI), ideally also using Google and Facebook OAuth providers - provide a websocket and rest interface using lambda functions. - all users will subscribe to the websocket interface for notifications and will issue actions using the REST interface - the following roles are available: user, moderator and admin. The admin only manages user roles, a user can have a single role only. - moderators are able to create forums or rooms, invite users, start activities in the room, ends activities and oversees all the messages on the room. - the user can aim to participate in one or more rooms, but can only take part in a single room at a time. - a moderator sees the users interested, and allows the users in the room/forum to the max number allowed. - There should be a global channel with the following functions. a) Heartbeat (e.g. clock), b) Global advertising of available rooms/forums, c) General messages from an admin - once all the users (upto a given number) joined, the moderator starts the discussions - each user can issue a participation action (via REST) when it is his turn, once the action is issued his turn is finished. - once moderator is reaching a predefined state, it will declare the discussions are over and the room/forum is disolved The deliverable should consist of: 1) CF or TF code 2) Lambda functions and REST API to provide the above functionality (mock UI interface demonstrating the functionality is Ok, can be a JS page) Please ask more if this is not clear enough.
