Setup L2TP/ipsec VPN on Ubuntu 12.04 Server on Amazon AWS and create step by step guide

Hi Guys, This is a very simple project - you are required to: 1. Setup up L2TP/IP-SEC VPN on Ubuntu 12.04 AMI on Amazon AWS 2. You will create a detailed step-by-step documentation 3. Create documentation with novice in mind - consider someone who will follow the guide to last letter. 4. You SHOULD have your own Amazon AWS account. I will NOT forward you any pem or ppk keys 5. You SHOULD BE HIGHLY skilled in network administration 6. Once you have installed it - you will forward me ip address, username, password and PSK for me to check. 7. I will follow the guide and try to install it on my own AWS image - In case I have problems with setup - i will ask you for solution. PEOPLE: THIS IS NOT A COPY-PASTE PROJECT.
