I want an android developer who is free these days and will be dedicated towards this project only. I want this app to be completed within 4-5 months. And if he/she completes our app in the given time or before and delivers what exactaly what we need then he/she will have some shares of the app as a security and will be hired by us in the company as a head of programming. It is a sort of startup but if the candidate is willing to give us his loyalty and time we'll be achieving milestones. We are looking for someone living in Jaipur with atleast 2-3 projects. As we'll be hiring him/her for a long term even after the project completion. We expect full privacy as not to disclose the idea of the app. Later will be discussed with the selected candidate.
