This is to build a real estate iOS, Android app where one can post a property for rent or sell a property. The app will help in buying, selling, renting, leasing, co-sharing of flat/house, etc. for any city around the world. App should also also allow to let buyers & sellers chat (in-app) on the basis of few conditions. App should also have few more features like- OTP verification of mobile number of sellers, buyers, etc. Social Login option. Providing options for brokers, builders, etc to list their properties after they subscribe to a plan. So payment gateway is to be added. Also, featured property listings should also be there Verification, Badges, rating, review of buyers, sellers, etc should also be in the app, Push notifiations, image upload, etc.
