Looking for an experienced REACT NATIVE developer (Specialized react-native-reanimated)

I need 1 screen design in React native CLI, The screen has 3 parts 1 small header, 1 big header, 1 tab header along with a section list, You don't have to design a small header you can place View with a height of 70 You don't have to design a large header you can place View with a height of 400 Note: The large header should remain hidden unless I scroll to the top, also the small header should remain hidden unless I scroll down a little (Attaching two videos for better understanding). Please write REANIMATED in capital letters before submitting the proposal otherwise your proposal will be ignored. You don't have to design section list items and section list header you can add a View of random colors Note: Please keep in mind that the height of the items should not be the same, as it depends on the content of the menu it could be 1 line or it could be 6 lines, The tab header should be scrollable horizontally (Bi-directional), and clicking on any category from tab header should lead to index of that category in section list, also tab header category should highlight automatically based on the index if I scroll on section list.
