Mobile App (Android)

I’m looking for someone to help me create an app, really clueless there fore I need your assistance,I’d love to look at it as a small project as it doesn’t involve a lot of this and that So first the app should have at least for tabs, 1. Book Search - Allowing students to search for library books instead of going on our website, meaning they should search for books on the app and results should display on the app corresponding with the website information the website for reference is [login to view URL]~S12?id=28 2. Book a Librarian- Here on this tab, students should be able to book an appointment with librarian we have 5 librarian and 1 general librarian (I will provide all their information) so meaning by clicking at that faculty librarian they should be able to make appointment and this should send an email that at this time the the student wants to set up a meeting, this page should allow students to leave their information 3. Lockdown operating hours- Here on this tab students should be able to see our new operating hours during lock down 4. Library Lockdown Q&A - You just have to let this tab show all this information here [login to view URL] 5. Patrons Suggestions - here let the tab allow students to write suggestions for library and improvements
