Hello, I have worked in Google APIs and Location APIs. And by looking at error "PLACES_API_ACCESS_NOT_CONFIGURED", I can say that this is because you are using older API. PLACES API has been changed from Jan, 2019. I am having 3+ years of experience in Android application development. I am much interested in this project because I can do this within a day.
