Howdy! From my point of view Ionic is good enough to cover your requirements. Since Ionic is a client side framework, we also need a server side application, which will be responsible for quiz/users/statistic management end etc. I've got several questions which could help us to clarify requirements and aims: 1) Are you gonna deploy apps(for android and ios) to Google Play and App Store. Who will be responsible for it? 2) Where do you want to host Web site? 3) How do you want to manage quiz questions? 4) Do you need users' authentication and user management? 5) Do you have any design of APP (how screens have to look like)? I suggest using .NET 5 WEB API for the server side application, and Ionic for the client side.
