I have an android application developed, which needs to upload on the play store. I tried 3 times, but it got rejected by google because of some of its policy violations. You need to solve this issue, maybe by changing or creating a new privacy policy or disclosure. Application is uploading user's contact to out sever, which is causing an issue and Google mentioned that 'you have prominent disclosure but it is not adequate.'
