Having handful of experience in Ruby on Rails over 3 Years? Able to make clean code and agile development? Confident enough to handle complex project alone? Have you worked with Sidekiq, Activity gem etc ? I am looking for long term work relationship. Will start with 15 hours per week and upon performance will increase hours per week. I have good experience in ROR. working from more then the 2 year. Love to write clean code. If you are a technical person you can watch out for my code and application design in first two weeks. We would set up stories on the board where we can estimate the complexity of the story(Agile manner). And can track the progress of the project.
