Animation for Short Video

Need a 2d animator who can work with me on a short video project which requires multiple scenes of animation briefly explained in the file attached. Its a mixture of characters and info-graphics with an estimate length of around 30-40secs. The project budget is quite low and needs to be done within max 3 days or less. Selected candidate will definitely be preferred in future projects.
