Home Page and Template Design

I am looking for a redesign of our home page for an ecommerce website. This will include two requirements. First is a redesign of the graphics and look and feel of the site. We are looking for much improved graphical look and a look that will improve the user experience and help conversions. Second we need the design to include a dynamic web template (dwt) for Microsoft Front Page for the top, left, and right sections of the page. Our current site is designed with a dwt so we need that in order to easily migrate the site.
