Our company's strategy, real estate in Ukraine - 5000 words Since the Orange Revolution, business and politics in Ukraine has been turbulent. Our company is involved in real estate development in Ukraine, and we seek to hire a writer to write an article (for internal use) about the recent history of our company, and shifts in our strategy. The company is publicly listed and has a number of reputable investors. The audience for your article is our existing and perspective investors, and the overall topics is a strategy shift for a Real Estate Developer with assets concentrated in Ukraine. Despite last two turbulent years, our company has become a leading supplier of Class A warehouse space in the Ukrainian market. Now, with a new chairmain at helm the company will emerge as a leading propery manager in Ukraine. The starting point is a 20 slide powerpoint presentation on the strategy shift, background information on our old web site, and you will also interview me and my colleagues via the phone or email to flesh out the details.
