if the video is created in storyline, then it can be easily edited however if created using any other software would have to look at a video editing software.I have been working on Articulate Storyline for a long time now and have worked on various versions which include Storyline 2,3 and 360 along with various video editing softwares like Captivate, Camtasia etc. I have requested 2 days to get this work done as I'm not sure about the length of the video and the number of edits required. I can definitely look into the project and help you accomplish the desired task within no time.
