I would recommend Microsoft Access for this project. It is fairly low cost and very user friendly. I can set you up an interface that would make navigation very simple and would require little experience with the application to be comfortable. Also it would be very simple to write in buttons that would allow you to add fields or make changes to your database as your business expands. It is also fairly simple to use this application to write reports. For example standard billing, ext. If you would send me the paperwork that you usually send out it could be replicated in Access and printed at the touch of a button. Also it would be fairly easy to keep track of sales, or any other information you need tracked. For best results with a project of this nature you and I should work closly together to get a good grip on exactly what you want so that your custom database does everything that you want it to.
