application to write Web Content in *.csv File

We need to build an application that grabs Adressdata from a website and saves all the Adresses in one File. Steps: 1. The Application must automaticly fill in 2 Values in a webform and send the data. One of the Values is a postal code. 2. The redirected page now shows a list of adresses depending on the postalcode. 3. The Application should now follow all the Links of Adresses in the list and grab the Adress Data on the redirekted pages (The Style of the redirected Pages is always the same) 4. The Application should run this prozess with all german postalcodes (From 0 - 99999) 5. It should save the data in a *csv file. 6. The target of the Application is to grab all Adresses from a specified Website and save the Adresses to a file. 7. The Application should be written in VB.net und we also like to have the source code.
