Excel to access via ASP

Need to be able to have field techs input data into excel form and subit to access database. Database needs to be able to produce reports on each tech. The attached weekly is the form the techs input and the prodwksht is an example of some of the areas that need to be tracked. If you look at the weekly, Sunday the gray fields are what will need to be tracked and reports generated.
