React, Asp.net Core webapi developer for Saas Subscription based application

Saas application for a file conversion. 1. User signup,signin, subscription process needed. Subscription billing integration needed with Stripe 2. User should be able to see the Billing information, previous invoices, stop subscription 3. User should be able to upload a CSV or Excel file, and choose some options. Click submit. It will submit a Job to Azure webjob. 4. Azure webjob should be able to send the progress of file conversion processing. 5. Application should be able to show already uploaded tasks and its progress of conversion. If the conversion is completed, it should show the download link. Conversion process will be done in a webjob, it is already developed. I need a full stack developer with good experience on [login to view URL] and Asp.net Core. Must of prior experience with developing saas subscription based applications. I want to use any existing third party frameworks to quicken the development. For example, i don't want developer to spend time on designing usermanagement & subscription modules when there are any boilerplate frameworks already available. I will share video of existing webapplication for detailed functionality.
