Web page Map display

Dear Friends, I would like to outsource a part of a project. This part involves display of maps on two pages of an ASP.NET/C# application. The map has to be displayed using the open source mapserver and the map has to be [login to view URL] from Basic operations like Zoom,Pan, rectangular select there will be other features which I will tell you later. The operations on the map has to be done using the javascript library Openlayers. Apart from the map a vehicle's movement has to be shown on one of the [login to view URL] position info for the vehicle will come from the DB. You need to give me demo of the 2 things. Once I am satisfied with the demo you need to instructions so that I can replicate it at my [login to view URL] I get the desired output your work is done.
