I need a highly experienced individual with a knowledge of VP-ASP shopping cart. We are an online retailer with initial homepage loading problems. When you type the web address into your browser, the initial load time varies from only a couple seconds to 30 seconds. This seems to be random and is primarily occuring in IE browsers and not firefox. After the homepage is loaded, all of the other pages load quickly without delay. Payment will be on an hourly basis. Interested parties please submit your information with a quick write up of you level of experience. Individuals with extensive ASP knowledge only may be considered as well. I need a quick response and result on this.

Can you provide me the link of this website or screenshot's when this happens. Do you have logfiles of errors of something else which clarifies the problem?
