musical background track for my lyrics

I have written some lyrics for a spoken word / singing piece. It Is Gothic/macabre and is supposed to have a Halloween / Michael Jackson "Thriller" kind of vibe. What I need is background sound effects for the first part, and then music to fit the sung portions. I did this live, so I am going to redo the vocals, and scrap the sound effects in the background completely. The production cost of this could vary immensely, but I am looking for the best end product. If the quality is good but your bid is outrageous, then I will have to pass. I have been involved with the music industry over 20 years, so don't try to bs me. I don't work with people I can not trust, no matter how talented they are.
