Observations of this project:- A) Drainage:- This system of design is used in Middle East and Asia. It is not suitable for USA. The entire drainage system has to be redesigned and a new layout has to be done. For that to happen I need the site plan layout, elevations and your local state services layout like how the water, drainage pipes are running across the plot area. This new drainage system has to be properly vented for best results. B) Water Supply:- The person though that there would be an over head water tank, but that's not how it works. The connection to water meter and from there on to all the fixtures at home. C) HVAC:- This we have to discuss. Based on your home location and its climate we can design it. Most need a boiler for heating purpose, is it applicable at your location. D) Electrical :- The DB location shall be discussed and how to run the cable trays or electrical wires through pvc pipe layout.
