Hi, I need a roof designed for an extension. The original single story house has a hip roof. The single story extension is roughly the same size of the original house. Refer to attached plans. I thus would like a roof design that: 1) minimizes changes to the existing house's hip roof (to keep costs down) 2) does not have any box gutters 3) looks good/aesthetically pleasing from the side street. Note: - I just needs sketches in 2D or 3D (3 different designs in total) showing the roof from the top, rear and side street as i will eventually get these done in more detail by a draftsman - There is also a rear deck in the plans. Your design can incorporate the deck as part of the extension roof or design a separate roof just for the deck. Thank you.
