rooftop short term rental design

I am looking for a freelancer to design a rooftop short term rental unit with a modern and minimalistic style. The primary purpose of the rooftop space is to be used as a rental unit. The must-have feature for the rental unit is an outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy the view. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing short term rental units and creating minimalistic designs. The project requires skills in interior design, space planning, mechanical and electrical spacing and planning and knowledge of furniture standard dimensions. I will need an Autocad drawing and a PDF of the space, including dimensions, furniture layout, plumbing and electrical extensions spacing and planning. I need an expert opinion of the already made drawings' integrity and fixing if needed, position of furniture, dimensions of every detail to ensure a contractor can establish the job with no ambiguity. adding mechanical and electrical work drawings bearing in mind that it will be suspended from the ceiling. I need to be able to calculate the BOQ from the final document received. I have attached two set of files 1- the whole space of the roof in autocad. 2- v1 of the design and furniture layout that needs to be translated into autocad and adding details of furniture, electrical and mechanical work. the unit shall include: 2- the unit to be containing two master bedrooms including a bathrooms each and a spacious living room, a closed kitchen, a coffee area next to the kitchen, laundry area, a 1/2 bathroom.
