Blog Re-Design

I would like to solicit bids for re-designing a personal blog. The blog is focused on running and is dedicated to fundraising for children's charities. The blog can currently be seen at 13point1 dot com. What I would like is a re-design of the blog banner using the current picture and replacing "Second Wind" with "13 Point 1" . Alsom, would like suggestions for different colors to make the blog site more appealing. I have some colors in mind but would like your ideas. Thanks!
