Require set of 2D house plans to be drawn in AutoCAD from hand drawn sketches (see attached). House is of small size (170m2), double storey, simple L-shape with pitched roof. Drawings required are as follows: - Floor plans (Ground floor and first floor) - Site plan - Elevations (x4) - Section (x1) Drawings to be complete with measurements (mm) and notes to Australian standards (I will provide example plans which you can copy for this). Sketches are not currently detailed, so additional basic details will be required on the AutoCAD drawings such as: Window frames, ground levels, patterns (lines) for roofing and decking, measurements etc. I will add most of these details to the sketches and provide to the successful freelancer prior to commencing the job. On going work will also be available if happy with the work.
