The whole project is on a 3000m2 of land where we will have a basketball court, weight room and treatment room, parking, small garden etc.. The main thing is the Design the basketball practice facility on 1200m2 land and include: 4 locker rooms with showers men’s/women’s restrooms. Equipment room. 2 offices All of these mentioned above should be on the ground level. On the upper level it won’t be much. Since the length of the court will be 30.5 meters, we will divide it in 3 sitting areas of 6 rows each capable of sitting 10 people per row for a total of 60 people multiplied by 3 sitting areas will make it 180 on both sides of the floor for a total of 360. The basketball court have one international standard court and 2 HS size basketball court going the width of the main(see attached file) We want this facility to be as simple as possible, as cost effective as possible. Needless to say, the project is for Senegal,Africa which is a hot climate area so we need air circulation, lot of openings and ventilation to cool it down.
