Hello, I am renovating a rural villa out in the countryside in northern Europe. I would love to work with you to create a set of professional drawings in order to apply for a building permit. This is what I want you to create: 1. Situation plan - I will supply a scanned map of the existing property. 2. Floor plan / General plan. The house is around 150 square meters, on ground and first floor. 3. Section drawing 4. Facade drawing(s) 5. 3d Visualization of the building for marketing purpose. 6. Measurements of all facades, roof and floors in order to calculate energy consumption and for me to order materials. 7. A construction drawing for the new stairs to the first floor. 8. Design suggestions for balcony and new entrance. I will supply all the photos, sketches and the measures you need. During the work I wish that you deliver the drawings in PDF format. Upon completion I wish the drawings in DWG. The 3d visualizations can be delivered in JPG format. I wish you to work in short iterations, so that the drawings will evolve based on your suggestions and my feedback I believe that you are communicative and creative. I strive for open communication. You need to be a professional architect or a team of architects to apply for this project. I look forward to work with you.
