I suppose that per Construction manager you are referring more to a Site manager. Someone that can implement the program, coordinate teams, manage deliveries, deals with Building control, Architects and engineers. I am an architect but worked as a site manager for a Grade 1 listed building in London for 5 years. This fee proposal is for a full time job with on going weekly payments. If you are looking for someone to produce documents for construction than you should be looking at construction/building regulation drawings, we can do this for £3000 (not including engineering design, being Structural, Mechanic or Electric) If you are looking for someone to manage all this process the fee should be about 8% of the budget.
