Hello, I am looking to get a roof and trusses plan lay out for my small home. I don't want any off-the-shelf designs - I need something custom-made, and specifically with ventilation included. I'm open to suggestions but ultimately, I'm looking for an experienced professional to create me a plan that meets all of my needs and brings my vision to life. I look forward to seeing what options are available and getting started as soon as possible. Thank you! I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have construction drawing ready. Normally roof and trusses plan is done by lumber supplier, who provide it for free. however they are 2-3 months behind so I want to spend some money to get it done by a freelancer. You must know the construction technic used in Canada and you must have knowledge of creating lay out plan for roof and trusses. Your layout plan must be approved by my engineer. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROJECT BID IS NOT HOURLY PAY. YOU ARE BIDDING FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT ONE PRICE, WHAT YOU BID IS WHAT YOU GET PLEASE DO NOT TURN AROUND AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY ONCE AWARDED. PLEASE ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE BEFORE INSERT BID ON THIS PROJECT. I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE PREVIOUSLY.
