US based consultant looking for additional temporary to long term employees to help with data analysis and recommendations. My goal is to grow a team of analysts capable of taking instruction via email, along with raw data, transform the data and present it in a way that allows me to make business recommendations to my clients in America and Europe. Data is primarily web-driven sales and traffic data, operations/shipping data, and overall business practices. I do not require specific working hours. I do not mind if you have other jobs / clients that you work on. I'm looking for someone who is reliable and can meet deadlines usually within 24 to 48 hours. I'm a former manager at Amazon in Seattle, and have worked with a wide variety of cultures and working styles. In addition to your payment, I'm open to helping coach your career development and help with other opportunities as they may arise for you. For now, I'm simply looking for a reliable analyst that I can trust with my business. Employees will need to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement, and will become a contractor for my US-based business. I'll require work samples, and if you're selected after the initial interviews, need you to complete a practice exercise. You will be paid for any practice exercise work. Once I have your results, we'll move forward with a conversation about how we best work together. Note: If selected, you will need to sign an American Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which will prevent you from sharing the data you receive. This is non-negotiable and standard US business practice to keep company data safe and confidential. Please reach out with any questions.
