Senior ERP Consultant

The Senior ERP Consultant role is a combined role encompassing both business process consulting/implementation activities and managing stakeholders’ expectations. You are expected to understand the configuration and solutioning aspects of the project since this will ultimately ensure that the customer is supported, and their asks are realistic. Additionally, you will keep the project implementation team members informed of any changes and nuances throughout the project. A detail-oriented and highly driven individual is going to excel in this role. What you will do: Understanding and leading the configuration and solutioning aspects of the project. Overseeing the developers and implementors to implement the projects according to the specifications. Assuming project management activities as needed, such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control. Acting as the lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization Working on multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations Ensuring achievement of project milestones while managing and communicating project progress Taking a lead role in projects as the lead implementer and having the ability to handle escalations with minimal support. Maintaining continuous involvement in your own project engagements and client relationships. A successful candidate is expected to: Have significant experience in ERP implementations. 5+ years working as a senior-level consultant on ERP implementations Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies Possess a strong background in: Manufacturing / Distribution / Warehouse Management processes Finance / Accounting processes Consulting and advisory services, with both general and vertical-specific industry experience Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a highly professional disposition Previous experience with Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem is a major plus GoldFinch Cloud Solutions is a company that offers a complete ERP and Accounting solution built 100% natively on Salesforce.
