Casino Gaming Software

I am looking for someone who can build me some casino software which involves the same casino games from such websites as Europa Casino and Golden Palace Casino. The software should be made so as it can be downloaded to the customers computer from my website and installable on Windows OS. An interface should be created so as users can either play on fun or real mode an are able to sign up and login through the downloaded panel. A secondary piece of software interface should also be included so as I am able to monitor the users activity and funds generated through the remote website. I have a rough figure of how much I am willing to spend. However, I would like some quotes and maybe some example work from people if possible.
