Online Cell-Phone Tracking

I would like to track online status of any Cell-Phone GPS. Application would be installed on cell phone and it would report GPS coordinates which could be viewed online. It should also be able to report incoming and outgoing cell phone messages. Phone Number, Time, length of call. It should report text messages recieved and sent.
