Poker bot (screen scraper only, AI is finished)

Hello I need some help in developing a screen scraper type application to read information from a poker screen. The AI engine is finished, and is on a remote server, the application to be produced needs to read the information from the poker screen, then send the information to the server (this functionality is already written) and the server will return an action, the program then just needs to click the button on screen. You can look at an example at this link, however instead of using a third party application for the decision it uses the AI engine on the server. I am a programming student so can provide help with the design of the program, and some examples for how to get the information from the screen.
