Nigam has been involved in various QA lifecycle activities such as Initiation, Test Planning, Testcase definition, Test Execution and Test Automation. He has been involved in testing applications catering to various business sectors like Document Imaging Solution, Banking, B2B portal, Telecommunication, Support, Sales, Logistics, Helpdesk, Call Center, and CRM application.
Nigam has extensive experience in Test Management, Test Architecture, Automation Framework , Test Automation, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Scenario Based Testing, Globalization, Localization,I18N, Pseudo-localization and Performance Testing of various applications using n-tier architecture. Nigam has strong exposure of system analysis and use case analysis, functional and technical specification reviews, process interfaces review, process data flow review, system architectural review, system impact analysis and experienced in working with business users and IT leads in analyzing business requirements and putting it into use cases & user scenario’s test specifications in Microsoft
Nigam has strong exposure of product life cycle, product definition, product management & configuration, product release service management & partner management in Microsoft.
Nigam has proven experience in project management and leading project with quality delivery on or before time-line & Proven leadership in team management and managing multiple ClarifyCRM projects in parallel. For the last over four year Nigam has been managing offshore testing projects of all the releases of AMDOCS Clarify CRM applications on various platform combinations with a tight schedule. Apart from writing high level and low level test case designs, Software estimation, planning, tracking, scheduling, risk management, team motivation and team co-ordination.
Nigam has experience of testing of the Networking protocols and Integrated Contact Center is a software solution that functions as a standalone multimedia contact center or to add Internet Protocol communication capabilities to conventional PSTN call centers. Based on the Aspect Communication Diverse Media Switch, the PNX ICC provides call management and control features such as conferencing, transfer an hold/retrieve for such caller media types as Multimedia (voice and video), Chat and PSTN. With the PNX ICC, online users can simply click a "Connect Me" button on a Web page to initiate immediate interaction with an Internet contact center. Once the call is established, on-line contact center agents can answer questions, take sensitive information such as credit card numbers, assist in filling out forms, and push Web pages to the caller’s PC. By supporting full multimedia calls with the PNX ICC, customers are able to take advantage of real-time audio, video, and data communications.
Nigam has undergone In-house training on “Network Storage Technology” organized by Infogain for 4 weeks duration.

Nigam holds M. Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) degree from K.U. Kurukshetra and certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) from PMI.
