AIM client + cam (.NET/OSCAR)

I need a 3rd party application that supports several functions of the AIM instant messenger. NOTE: I DO NOT WANT A CLIENT BASED OFF OF THE TOC PROTOCOL! IT MUST BE THE OSCAR PROTOCOL. The protocol is openly discussed and integrated in several open source projects. AIM even provides information on it: [login to view URL] I need this demo application to do these things: 1. Login 2. Send instant messages 3. Receive instant messages 4. Broadcast webcam video #4 might be tricky however if you are familiar with FARSIGHT, it appears to be a potential solution to this problem thanks to their mature RTP plugin: [login to view URL] All OSCAR protocols use RTP + SIP --- Ideally I would like this project written in VB.NET however I will accept a combination of VB.NET and C#. I will accept all webcam handling in C# (via a dll that I can include in the VB.NET project).
