Edit opensource code for camera firmware

I need the source code edited for a Linksys wvc200 to allow the follow features I need. ftp/sftp/scp capability (to add stuff to interface and to add themes & Css) I want to be able to have a webpage on my site and automatically pull live video from the camera with a rtsp:// (That way they dont have to log into camera) Add capability for a custom DDNS / staic IP Also On the website be able to Pan, tilt, zoom, They can do this already inthe camera but I wanrt to be able to do it on the site. (with php/cgi; preferably php) Also hear audio. Currently the camera send image stills every X seconds, but I want it to send it via motion detection every X seconds will expect the customized src and compiled new FW Basically I want to have the camera's FW kinda duplicated but on my website, also with more features.
