Create EA to send SMS Alert When All MT4 Indicators Confirm.

I have 4 indicators on my MT4 that generate buy and sell signals. BUY is when all the 4 indicators changed color to BLUE on the chart. SELL is when all the 4 indicators changed color to RED on the chart. I want you to create SMS Alert for the indicators that: 1. There will be a file that will contain all the phone numbers that the system will send pre-defined SMS to. 2. When all the 4 indicators changed color to BLUE, your EA or script will send the SMS to all the phone numbers in the list. 3. When all the 4 indicators changed color to RED, your EA or script will send a the SMS to all the phone numbers in the list. 4. It should be easily configurable.
