Using libavcodec, we need to convert RGB32 frames to NV21 to be transcoded with the h264_v4l2m2m encoder. - Ffmpeg using h264_v4l2m2m encoder only outputs NV21 pixel format - It appears that avcodec crashes when trying to process the second plane in the frame - Setting the number of planes to 1 prevents it from crashing but displays a green tinted image
