Add WIX Installer to a C# Project

Program a custom C# package in Visual Studio 19 to produce a windows installer package (WIX). The custom C# package is a child care automation project that manipulates three JSON files (located at C:\LIST) to keep track of up to 18 children in a room. Deliverables: Modified C# project to include the WIX package that will generate the windows installer. Include the WIX xml files for future reference and builds. The windows installer files that can be run on a machine without Visual Studio 19 from the Windows start menu. The installer will install the appropriate .Net framework on the machine.
