Basic 2D top down card game, no rule implementation, all drag and drop mouse physics (Oathen)

I have a board game called Oathen that I will be bringing to market in the coming months. Currently, I do all of my play testing online through a software called Tabletop Simulator, which is a 3D board game physics software. However, it comes with a lot of issues. One, my play testers need to buy it first ($20 USD.) Two, it stores a copy of the image assets locally where people can get access to them on their computer. And three, I don't really need 90% of the features. I'm looking for someone who can create a 2D game room that allows for up to 6 players to join. It should include : * A deck area only visible to the player. * Another hidden area where they can move cards from their deck (showing the card back to other players while within this space). * A visible area where they can move these cards from then hidden area (making them visible). * And a track that the cards move onto at the end of the round. (I have included a screenshot of how this appears in Tabletop Simulator) There should be another area that uses randomized tiles formed in a 6x6 grid that have environmental effects on the back. These are randomized at the beginning of the game and start off hidden. When hitting the F key while hovering the mouse over a tile, it is flipped over to its visible side to show the environmental effect that it contains. Then there should be player tokens that can move between these tiles. (I have included a screenshot of how this appears in Tabletop Simulator) Everything mechanics wise should be drag and drop, with ideally snapping in place. I don't want to program in any kind of set rules, so players will control their own cards and token. My goal is really to get the game off of Tabletop Simulator for future play testing and to be able to secure the image assets. Oathen features 30 unique character decks of 20 cards each, as well as 80 randomized tiles, which I would eventually like to expand up to. Players will select their character from a drop down menu, which will assign them the deck for that character. I'm open to either having these be the static image, or having a background image and using actual printed text on the card. Whatever is easiest. I'm also happy to provide whatever data entry is needed for this. Ideally, it would be nice to do this through Unity. Although I'm open to suggestions. In the future I will be expanding Oathen into the digital world, but for now I am only concerned with creating a clean testing environment.
